Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our schedule and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service amount. This fee may also apply if our team arrives and is unable to access the property, begin the scheduled work, or if the customer is unavailable at the appointment time.
